Effective date: July 11, 2026

Cilantro & Co., LLC, doing business as Avacado Photo Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), provides luxury photo booth experiences across Los Angeles and surrounding areas. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through avacadophoto.com and at events we serve, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

  • Booking and contact details. When you request a quote, book a package, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, and event location.
  • Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as WooPayments and PayPal). We do not store your full card numbers on our servers.
  • Event photos and media. Our photo booths capture photos, GIFs, and boomerangs of event guests. This media is delivered to our clients and their guests (for example, via prints, text/email delivery, or an online gallery). We handle event media according to our agreement with the event host.
  • Site usage data. Like most websites, we collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide quotes, process bookings, and deliver our photo booth services.
  • To communicate with you about your event, bookings, and customer support.
  • To improve our website, packages, and marketing.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Analytics and Advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (for example, which pages are viewed and how bookings are completed). We also use Google Ads, including conversion tracking and remarketing features, which use cookies to measure ad performance and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. If we connect our catalog to Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Meta technologies may similarly collect site interaction data for advertising and measurement.

You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings, the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page, and (for Meta) your Facebook ad preferences. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run our business — such as our website host, payment processors, analytics and advertising platforms, and booking tools — and only as needed to provide our services or as required by law.

Data Retention

We keep booking records and communications for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements. Event media is retained per our agreement with the event host and may be deleted upon request.

Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through our contact page. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are directed to adults booking events. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Event media captured at private events is managed by the event host.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
