    Our Services

    We provide photo booth rental services — including equipment, on-site attendants, prints, and digital media — for events in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Package details, inclusions, and pricing are described on our packages page. All bookings are subject to date availability and a signed rental agreement.

    Bookings and Payment

    • A booking is confirmed once you complete checkout (or sign our rental agreement) and your payment or retainer is received.
    • Prices shown include the package features listed at the time of booking. Add-ons, extended hours, travel outside our standard service area, or special requests may incur additional charges, which we will communicate before your event.
    • Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.

    Cancellations and Rescheduling

    Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in our Refunds & Cancellations policy and your rental agreement.

    Event Requirements

    The client is responsible for providing reasonable access to the venue, adequate space, shelter from weather for outdoor events, and access to standard electrical power. If venue conditions prevent safe setup or operation, we will work with you on alternatives where possible.

    Photos and Media

    Media captured at your event is delivered per your package. Unless you request otherwise in writing before your event, you grant us permission to use selected event media for our portfolio and marketing. Guests’ use of the booth constitutes consent to be photographed as part of the event experience; hosts are responsible for informing their guests.

    Equipment and Conduct

    Our attendants operate the equipment throughout your event. The client is responsible for damage to equipment caused by guests’ misuse. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue service if conditions become unsafe for our staff or equipment.

    Limitation of Liability

    If we are unable to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including venue restrictions, natural events, or equipment failure that cannot be remedied on site), our liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid for the affected services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

    Intellectual Property

    All content on this website — including text, branding, photos, and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

    Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
